Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and ownership of a property at Aishwaryam Courtyard GOLD (the "Development") by Aishwaryam Group and Essen Group (the "Developers"). By purchasing a property in the Development, you (the "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Sale Agreement

The purchase of a property in the Development will be subject to a Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Developers. The Sale Agreement will supersede these Terms in the event of any conflict.

3. Payment Terms

The Buyer agrees to make payments for the property in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the Sale Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or termination of the agreement.

4. Possession

The possession of the property will be granted to the Buyer on the date specified in the Sale Agreement. Delays in possession may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Developers will not be liable for any such delays.

5. Amenities and Services

The use of amenities and services offered in the Development may be subject to additional charges and regulations. The Developers reserve the right to modify or discontinue amenities and services at any time.

6. Maintenance and Common Areas

The Buyer is responsible for the maintenance of their own property and is obligated to contribute towards the maintenance of common areas in the Development.

7. Rules and Regulations

The Buyer agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Developers for the Development. These rules and regulations may cover aspects like parking, noise levels, pet policies, and waste disposal.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Developers provide a limited warranty on the property as outlined in the Sale Agreement. The Developers disclaim any other warranties, expressed or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or ownership of a property in the Development.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Sale Agreement will be settled through [insert dispute resolution mechanism, e.g., arbitration].

11. Governing Law
